the entire Genesis passage on God's provision (providing Isaac to Sarah in her old age & providing a ram as a burnt offering) is my all-time favorite...and undoubtedly turns out to be the passage that spoke to me the most this semester... *I PARTICULARLY LOVED OUR BIBLE STUDY ON THIS PASSAGE (conviction)*

having faith in God's provision has always been my struggle and it still is.

but i think God continues to put me in situations where i have to have faith in this area.
(He makes me struggle LOL) then He proves Himself to be faithful every time (legit, just ask me.
there are too many instances to write them here).

again, i'm under a test right now (starting this past semester).
i'm wondering if i received a conviction lol.
i'm trying to see if i can shape it.
oh i wish God just told me loud and clear (maybe he did. maybe my lack of faith is
just muddling it-_-).

but if everything was so loud and clear, "faith has no value and
the promise is worthless (Romans 4:14)," yeah? :)

i hope i get to share this with you undies! sorry for being so vague haha!
maybe after this break? after one desire fast? we shall see!

Here's something definite: God is so awesome. His timing is so perfect. His plans are so great.

i think i shared before that i have a terrible prayer life!

(2) what is the meanest thing you've ever done to someone else?
my sister and i used to figure skate when we were...6?? my mom came home with two
figure skater's costumes. i took the prettier one and my sister wasn't even there.
by the time she came around, i was already wearing it and flaunting it.
it was totally unfair lol. the worst part is, i didn't even feel guilty...
(i'm sure i did meaner things than this but this was the 1st thing that came to my mind)

9:30am - 1st service (i realllyyyyy enjoyed worship this morning, more than before! also, o come o come emmanuel was so touching...)
noon - lunch with angela (we have to make an effort to have our twin time)
1pm~2pm - prepared study group worksheets (it's my job)
2pm~3pm - helps team ministry (growing a bigger heart to love the church this way)
3pm~4pm - sat through jean's piano practice @ league (we caught up, she was my lcg at one point in college haha <3)
4pm - read the Word (i wanted to know what God had to say to me today)
5pm~6pm - studied for molecular bio (to free myself for a testimony filled weekend!)
6:30pm - cancelled study group (poor attendance -__-)
7pm - EAST HALL (more bio, joined andrea who was alone and passed out...we caught up too)
9pm - NQ praying for a sister (honestly, i'm not exactly sure why i'm doing this)
10pm - HOME (getting more work done! late into the nightttt)

12:00PM - lunch with mom @ home (haven't eaten with her all week)

Prayer Request:

"In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps." -Proverbs 16:9

why? it was the first thing that came to my mind when we were told to write down our prayer requests. sometimes this is just how i roll. i hope whoever has my prayer request finds this acceptable ;)

One new thing learned:

The Word says, "to be holy and blameless in his sight (NIV)" or "before him (ESV),"
NOT "in the world's sight" or "before the world."

in the world's standards, there nothing i have of worth. but God finds me worthy. only thing i have that's of worth: Jesus
that's why i shared that i was thankful for salvation. i was affirmed of this the day after (wednesday), when i read,

"you will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father..." - 1 Thessalonians 3:13

the Bible affirms all the time :)
